The employees were excellent and knowledgeable. I had a guest room and it was extremely pleasant with a four poster bed. I thoroughly enjoyed that they had multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table.

Had 2 nights in Bath, spending our time here lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our extremely pleasant guest room with large bathroom was. The service was all in all polite. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Had a comfortable stay during our weekend. We stayed in the king room equipped with remodeled bathroom, Bath, excellent views. The breakfast with toast, tea or coffee or toast, yogurt was enjoyable and exceptional.

All in all everything was very good, had a really nice stay during our visit. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable, the breakfast offered was wonderful with a wide range of food. Loved multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table in the room.

Old-fashioned hotel with thoughtful staff and magnificent views over the garden. Compact and well furnished room, extremely comfy bed and pillows. Great facilities in general, excellent location in to the town centre. Also, easy to get to Alexandra Park.

Had really really nice stay during our visit and the weather was lovely. The king room we stayed in was extremely pleasant with large bathroom. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, close enough to Botanical gardens, the mid hill and lovely residential area.

Pleasant place, fairly clean, excellent value. Very helpful, thoughtful staff towards all guests. Well-equipped and nicely decorated units with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath which was a lovely treat plus remodeled bathroom. Perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to a late Medieval church. Btw, minute walk from a train station.
